Our financial awards—including both scholarships and grants—are specifically designed to ease these financial burdens so students can focus on what matters most: the welfare of earth.

    To remove financial barriers from environmental education. We empower passionate people from all walks of life to gain the technical skills, scientific knowledge, and advocacy tools needed to heal and protect our planet.

    A global network of highly trained ecological guardians, working across science, policy, trade, and grassroots movements, collaborating to secure a stable and thriving biosphere.

    The ecological success awaiting our planet are complexities we can easy manage. Controlling climate change, protecting biodiversity, and navigating ecosystems, require skilled caring professionals.

    For specialised educational paths like marine biology, permaculture design, wildlife rescue, and renewable energy engineering many brilliant, passionate individuals, especially in marginalised or frontline communities are fortunate to gain access to careers they will enjoy as The Isis Shed program bridges this gap.

  • The ISIS Bursaries provide direct financial support to help students manage the everyday costs of education. Award funds can be used for:

    • Living Costs: Assisting with rent, groceries, and daily expenses.

    • Travel Expenses: Funding commutes, field research trips, or study-abroad opportunities.

    • Course Materials: Covering the cost of expensive textbooks, lab gear, and specialised software.

  • We support students whose chosen courses and career goals directly focus on the protection, sustainability, and welfare of the Earth. This includes disciplines such as:

    • Environmental Science & Sustainability

    • Climate Change Mitigation & Renewable Energy

    • Wildlife Conservation & Ecology

    • Environmental Policy & Advocacy

📜 Our Funding Programs

We break our funding down into three distinct pathways to support everything from traditional university degrees to hands-on trade skills.

    • What it funds: Full and partial tuition scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate university degrees.

    • Key Fields: Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, Ecology, Climate Policy, Sustainable Architecture, and Green Chemistry.

    • Who it’s for: Dedicated students pursuing long-term, research-driven or systemic career paths in environmental protection.

    • What it funds: Short-term grants covering 100% of course costs, tools, and learning materials.

    • Key Fields: Regenerative Agriculture & Permaculture, Solar/Wind Installation, Wildlife Rehabilitation, Forestry Management, and Eco-Tourism.

    • Who it’s for: Hands-on learners, career-changers, and trade workers looking to build practical, immediate skills for the green economy.

    • What it funds: Rapid-response funding for community organizers and grassroots leaders to attend intensive training programs.

    • Key Fields: Environmental Law, Indigenous Land Rights Advocacy, Climate Journalism, and Community Organizing.

    • Who it’s for: Local leaders fighting environmental injustices in their immediate communities.

⚙️ How We Operate (The Strategy)

To ensure maximum accountability and impact we follow a strict framework:

  • Vetting Committee: Applications are reviewed by an independent board of environmental scientists, educators, and community leaders.

  • Direct-to-Institution Funding: To ensure financial integrity, all tuition fees and course costs are paid directly to the university or training institution on behalf of the student.

  • The Mentorship Circle: Grantees do not just receive money. They are paired with established environmental professionals for career guidance and networking opportunities throughout their study period.
